We used VOICE (Voice Of Innate Clarity Exercise) to work with seeking, finding stillness, and the ways they're related. In Ursula Le Guin's translation of the Tao Te Ching, we find these lines in Looking Far:

You don't have to go out the door
to know what goes on in the world.
You don't have to look out the window
to see the way of heaven.
The farther you go
the less you know.

The voice of Seeking, the voice of Stillnes, and the voice of the Wise Soul were the three points of our exploration.
