We meet on Thursday evenings for meditation and discussion at the Harmony Centre in Owen Sound. Free meditation instruction is available. Limit of 15 people per session.

Weekly Tuesday Sessions

WHEN

  • Thursdays 7-9 PM (Doors open at 6:45 if you want meditation instruction)
  • Formal meditation beginning at 7:15, followed by a break and then informal talk and discussion at 8:00 PM

NOTES

  • We meet in Studio One on the main floor. It is 380 square feet in size, with windows that can be opened and an attached washroom.
  • The front door of the Harmony Centre (on 9th Street) will be open from 6:45 to 7:15 PM.
  • If the door is locked, use the doorbell to the right of the entrance or send a Meetup message.
